Q. How long has Innformation Systems been in business?  A. Over 23 years.

Q. How much does it cost?  A. Cost is based per user, per month and is paid quarterly to keep costs at a minimum for our customers.

Q. Do you have references?  A. Yes and plenty of them.  Also check out our Reviews Page.

Q. What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?  A. We ask that you give us 30 days in writing to cancel your subscription.

Q. Who owns the database?  A. You own your database and you can extract or print the information with your new system.

Q. Are there any hidden costs?  A. No.  You may upon request, ask us to reinstall your connection should you get new hardware or if your computer crashes for a small fee.  You may also request our assistance with updating menus, importing information or with help in training new staff.

Q. What kinds of reports do you have?  A. We have an extensive library of reporting options.  We are also able to customize reports for your needs (*additional fees may apply).

Q. Is Innfusion mobile?  A. Yes.  With Innfusion Web, you can access your database from any location and any computer.

Q. Can I import my contacts?   A. Yes, we can import your contacts from your current database into Innfusion too.

Q. Can I customize the program?  A. Absolutely!  Many of the fields in Innfusion and Innfusion Web can be customized to suit your needs.
